PaintBall X – Cancellation, Rescheduling & Booking Policy
This policy governs all confirmed bookings at PaintBall X. By making a reservation, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Cancellation Terms
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled reporting time will qualify for a full refund.
- Requests made within 24 hours of the booking will not be eligible for any refund.
- Once a booking falls within the 24-hour window, it is considered locked and non-refundable.
2. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
- Processing timelines typically range between 7 to 14 working days.
- PaintBall X is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party processors.
3. Reporting Time & No-Show Policy
- All participants are required to arrive at least 30 minutes before their scheduled slot.
- Failure to report on time will result in the booking being treated as a no-show.
- In such cases:
- The entire booking amount will be forfeited, and
- The reserved slot may be released and reassigned without notice.
- Walk-in participation is strictly on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to slot availability. PaintBall X does not hold or reserve slots for walk-in customers without prior payment or confirmed booking.
4. Rescheduling Guidelines
- Requests to reschedule must be raised a minimum of 24 hours in advance.
- All changes are subject to availability and confirmation by PaintBall X.
- Bookings that fall within the 24-hour window, including same-day changes or missed sessions, cannot be rescheduled.
- Each booking is eligible for one-time rescheduling only. Subject to management approval.
5. Weather & Unforeseen Disruptions
- In situations where gameplay is impacted due to rain or other uncontrollable conditions, PaintBall X may offer an alternate date for the booking.
- Rescheduled sessions must be utilized within 7 days of the original booking date.
- Refunds will not be issued for interruptions caused by weather or external factors beyond operational control.
- Any exception to this policy will be entirely at the discretion of management, and such decisions will be final.
6. Policy Enforcement
- PaintBall X reserves the right to review, decline, or enforce any request that does not meet the conditions stated above.
- This policy applies uniformly across all bookings, group sizes, and booking channels.
