PaintBall X – Terms of Use & Participation Agreement

By booking, entering, or participating in any activity at PaintBall X, you (and any individuals included in your booking) acknowledge and agree to the following terms, policies, and safety requirements. Entry into the premises constitutes acceptance of all conditions outlined below.

1. Booking & Payment Terms

• All sessions must be paid for in advance through official channels.
• PaintBall X is not liable for payments made to unauthorized personnel under any circumstances.
• Your booking is tied to a specific reporting time, which must be adhered to strictly.
• Delays, late arrivals, or missed sessions will not be adjusted, extended, or refunded.
• Choosing not to participate after booking does not qualify for any refund or credit.

2. Access & Participation Rules

• Each booking is valid for one participant only and cannot be split, shared, or transferred.
• Individuals not participating must remain within designated viewing or waiting zones.
• PaintBall X reserves the right to restrict or revoke access to any individual not complying with rules or safety standards.

3. Risk Awareness & Acceptance

PaintBall X activities are physically engaging and may involve impact, movement, and environmental variables.

By participating, you acknowledge that:

• There are inherent risks associated with gameplay and physical activity.
• Injuries can occur, ranging from minor to severe.
• External factors such as weather, terrain, or equipment usage may influence safety.

You voluntarily accept all associated risks and agree to participate at your own discretion.

4. Liability Waiver & Responsibility

By proceeding with your booking:

• You agree not to hold PaintBall X, its team, or affiliates liable for any injury, loss, or damage, including those arising during participation.
• You take full responsibility for your actions and those of anyone included in your booking.
• You agree to cover any damage, loss, or harm caused to property, equipment, staff, or other participants due to your conduct.

If booking on behalf of others, you confirm that:

• You are authorized to agree to these terms on their behalf.
• You will ensure all participants are informed and compliant.

5. Health, Fitness & Safety Compliance

Participation is conditional upon:

• Being physically capable of engaging in the activity.
• Not having any medical or physical conditions that may increase risk (including but not limited to heart conditions, injuries, pregnancy, or neurological conditions).

Strict Safety Enforcement:

• All instructions provided by PaintBall X staff must be followed at all times.
• Any unsafe behavior, negligence, or rule violation may result in immediate removal from gameplay.
• In cases of serious non-compliance, the entire group may be disqualified without refund.

6. Media & Content Usage

• PaintBall X may capture photos and videos within the premises for promotional and marketing purposes.
• By entering, you grant permission for such use without the need for further approval or compensation.

7. Medical Situations

• Basic first aid may be provided on-site where required. 
• In case of escalation, PaintBall X may arrange emergency medical assistance.
• All medical costs incurred will be borne by the participant.
• PaintBall X does not provide insurance coverage.

8. Operational Guidelines

Payments & Bookings

• No play without prior payment.
• Missed slots are treated as forfeited bookings.

Equipment Responsibility

• Gear must be used only as instructed.
• Any misuse or damage will be charged to the participant.

Conduct on Premises

• Strictly no alcohol, drugs, smoking, or aggressive behavior.
• Management reserves the right to remove individuals for misconduct.

General Conditions

• External food or beverages are subject to management approval.
• CCTV monitoring is active across the premises for safety and security.

9. Service Discretion

PaintBall X retains full authority to:

• Refuse participation
• Cancel or modify bookings
• Remove individuals or groups

in the interest of safety, operations, or rule enforcement, without obligation for refund in cases of misconduct or non-compliance.

10. Legal Jurisdiction

All matters relating to these terms shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.
